2/28/2010: It is with sadness that we report Chelsea has been found deceased very near where her car was found. Her family & friends are in our prayers.

Chelsea King, a 17-year-old Poway High School student, has been missing since the afternoon of Thursday, Feb 25th, 2010. Her car was found at the Rancho Bernardo Community Park in Rancho Bernardo, CA, where she apparently went for a run. Any pertinent information related to Chelsea that could assist law enforcement in locating Chelsea should be passed along to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Communication Center at 858 565-5200.
